         Who is Vida Fit? What is Vida Fit?

After years of training and trying to create a universal online program… I’ve given up! Training programs can not be universal. Not one person is made or built the same. Incorrect training for a specific body type can make or break a woman’s personal goal. I stand by personalized training programs, whether I can see you daily, or not at all. VIda Fit has developed a way to service clientele all over the world. And continue to give them that one on one personalized training. 

We take our time with getting to know you. Your habits, goals, nutrition, and personality. Do you snack a lot, is it hard to get you up and moving, do you hate cardio. We want to know everything about you! After all our questions are answered we then set up your first two weeks of training and nutrition. Yup just two weeks! Nutrition & Fitness Programs will be changed biweekly, and we guarantee not one week will be exactly the same. We want to keep things interesting, and keep you guessing. Looking forward to each workout as it comes. 

After years of personal training we’ve realized that repetition is boring, and also adds time to how quickly you reach your goals. With a background in all styles of training, our workouts are a toss up between pilates, HIIT, functional training, and a pinch of lifting. We focus on form, proper execution, injury prevention, and making sure each second you are training counts. We teach you how to maximize your training, and how to push yourself based off what you are feeling. This is key when you are training on your own, and will make all the difference. We want you to get to where you want to be, and it’s our priority to teach you everything you need to know to get there, and stay there!
