ABOUT OUR COACHES:
Coach Jess is certified from NASM in,
NUTRITION, FITNESS TRAINING, WEIGHT-LOSS, PERFORMANCE,
INJURY PREVENTION (CORRECTION) training.
She also has certifications from PRONATAL FITNESS for
PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM training.
Jessica first started with a career in dance instruction and choreography. She professionally trained for 16 years, immediately out of high school she opened, "Jaga Dance Company" which she ran for 3 1/2 years before having her first child and moving to Cancun, Mexico. After having her second child, she began studying Pilates. Jessica gave classes part time privately until she had her third child. She has since incorporated the fundamentals of Pilates into her strength, endurance, and weight loss programs for Vida Fit.
After great success with private training, she has decided to offer her customized plans online.

Vida Fit focuses on incorporating flexibility, and proper form to prevent injury, and make exercises more effective. We aim to not only give our clients a great work out, but also share the proper knowledge they need for long lasting results.
Vida Fit specializes in custom plans based off of our client's body type, lifestyle, habits, health, needs, and most importantly individual goals. We do not believe in quick fixes, or in universal plans. We understand that every person is different and what works for one may or may not work for another. We focus on effectiveness, and time; always aiming to get clients to their goals in the quickest, safest, and most realistic way possible. Creating nutrition plans that are easy to follow and fitness plans that can be done in minimal time. No crazy diets or hours in the gym. We coach you to balance and use the time you have in the most effective manor for your body type. With on site private/partner/mini group training available we knock every excuse you can make. We will come to you with everything you need and always make sure your questions, and concerns are answered. We aim to make sure you are knowledgeable and prepared to continue a healthy lifestyle post training.
