Service Description
When you sign up for monthly Nutrition Coaching with Vida Fit I will be teaching you everything you’ll need to know to reach your goal weight. You’ll learn how to drop pounds weekly, without following a diet. My goal for you is to reach your dream body, without having to measure out your food each meal, take supplements, purchase meal preps, or follow some ridiculous diet. I will be by your side 24/7 answering all your questions. You will receive a questionnaire, and phone call from me. After, I will take all the information I’ve collected and create the perfect plan to help you shed those extra pounds. I will provide a meal plan to give you some ideas on how you should eat and what your portions should look like. You will learn about calories in and out, and how much you need to eat and burn to reach those goals!
